Contract terms, payment-term codes and bank accounts, per entity and versioned. A quote keeps the wording that was current when it was issued, so re-rendering an old PDF reproduces what was signed.
0 of 12 entities have terms on file. These were read out of JEB’s own quotation workbooks, and the export only contained quotes for those entities. The rest have never had a master anywhere — they live as free text in each entity’s spreadsheet — so they have to be authored, and §4.2 does not say who owns that.
